Meet the Team
Our staff is committed to providing the best possible care for you and your family. Dr. Haack's clinical assistants continue to grow in their knowledge of orthodontics through continuing education courses with the American Association of Orthodontists, Midwestern Society of Orthodontists, and the Minnesota Association of Orthodontists. Our team enjoys meeting new patients and seeing the wonderful new smiles that emerge as a result of orthodontic treatment. Our front desk and chairside staff are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your treatment.
Randine is our office manager and new patient coordinator. You may meet her at your initial exam or to set up initial appointments when beginning treatment. She has been in the orthodontic field for 32 years and enjoys working with a variety of people and seeing great smiles. She is a Cameron native who likes gardening and staying active with biking and an occasional 5K or Tough Mudder. She is always willing to try something new! She loves spending time with her family and is fortunate to have her grandchildren close by, watching them grow and being involved with all of their activities
Donna has been a chairside assistant for 21 years. She's the go-to person when extra jobs need to be done around the clinic. Donna enjoys meeting new people and hearing about their various interests. Donna is a Rice Lake native and enjoys hiking, walking, antiquing, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
Tasha has worked as a dental assistant for Haack orthodontics for 3.5 years, and just recently transitioned to the insurance and patient coordinator. She also manages our Media. Tasha is married and has two beautiful girls. She loves being a mom and a wife. She loves to have fun with family and friends. Her hobbies are shopping, kayaking, and outdoor walks with her family.

Bobbi Jo has been our appointment coordinator for three years and you will be greeted by her smile when you enter our office. She dairy farms with her handsome husband near Barron where they have raised four children together. She loves outdoor activities, cooking, spending time with family and friends and being a Grannie. Bobbi loves interacting with the patients and getting to know them and their families. Bobbi’s favorite part of her position is celebrating our patients' new smiles at the end of treatment
Kenzie is our newest employee. She is in school to be a dental hygienist and is really enjoying working with patients. Kenzie is a three time auntie and loves to spend time with her nieces and nephew. She is also an extreme sushi advocate.
